Paytrail is the payment intermediary for the online store. You can pay for your purchases with all Finnish online banks and other payment options provided by Paytrail.

Payment service provider 

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) co-operates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Delivery and costs

In Juuttisäkki`s webshop, we use Finnish Posti Oy 

The delivery costs included in the order are shown on the checkout page of the store in connection with the delivery method and in the order summary. All domestic orders over 80 euros are delivered without postage. Otherwise the postage is € 4.50 regardless of the size of the package.

Lahja ja Sisustus Juuttisäkki is not responsible for delivery delays caused by mail or force majeure. Examples of force majeure include strikes, power outages, disruptions to the transport of goods, equipment, software, fires, wars, natural disasters, or delays caused by government.


As a rule, the delivery time is 1-3 days, but may vary depending on the product or delivery method. 

Any different delivery times will be announced separately on the online store / product website.


Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return from the date of ordering in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The right of return does not apply to packaging sealed with tape, such as face masks, permanent bandages and other hygiene products. The right of return also does not apply to products made to order.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return postage.
